Reiki is a natural and primordial healing energy that helps to restore harmony and rebalance the mind, body, and spirit. Flowing through the hands of the attuned practitioner, Reiki’s intelligent flow intuitively moves to where it is needed. It can be experienced as a warming, wave of healing energy or a tide of deep calm that allows you to sink into being and come back to your true nature.

Each Reiki practitioner has been attuned to Reiki by a certified teacher, allowing the energy of Reiki to flow through the healer to you. Practitioners like myself, who have completed the first, second and third levels of Reiki, have memorised particular symbols to allow us to intensify healing through a number of different frequencies.
Reiki can be given via hands-on or hands-off healing. When a reiki practitioner’s hands gently move over your Chakra points you are likely to feel a warmth flowing from their palms. This is a wonderful sensation and can bring about immense relaxation.
Reiki can also be shared remotely at the same frequency as an in-person healing, the only difference being you are in your own home, and the practitioner in theirs. To receive reiki remotely you simply need to sit or lie down in a comfortable spot, turn off your phone and receive the energy healing. None of the healing is diminished in a remote session

Many people feel a deep sense of calm following a Reiki session and enjoy a deep and restful sleep the same evening as a treatment. You might find that Reiki has unblocked your energy system and as this is flowing beautifully again, other fruits may blossom following your session. I have personally experienced various “blocks” in life that naturally ebb away following a Reiki session, allowing me to move more so into an authentic way of being and living.

Reiki is for everyone who wishes to receive a beautiful, natural, healing flow of energetic healing. It can help to bring balance to emotional, spiritual and physical ailments, although it should never be a direct substitute for medical care and is rather, a complementary therapy. When I first experienced Reiki I had no real reason to go, I just felt the call. You can enjoy it even if you don’t believe you have a “reason” to experience healing.
